Submitted by Susan Cochran on Thu 11 Feb 2010 - 12:09 amSB 285 (the President at request of the Administration and Della + 14) Smart, Green, and Growing - Sustainable Communities Act of 2010. This bill is a large and complicated one that seeks to make more money available for smart growth including transit-oriented development, Main Street projects, and BRAC-related projects. Funding will be available from greater flexibility in the use of the successful Historic-Credit Tax Structure.
